Kin is excited to introduce a new dinner series at Politan Row Houston: Dinner & เพื่อน (friends). These collaborative, multi-course dining experiences are the result of friendships Chef Evelyn Garcia has forged with fellow chefs who have become dear friends to her over the course of years in the industry.
For our first dinner, we welcome Chef Henry Lu from New York City. Chef Evelyn and Henry met while working under Chef Herald Dieterle at NYC's Kin Shop in 2014.
We have also partnered with Maestro Dobel Tequila who will highlight various expressions of their artisanal tequila alongside the dinner.
