Ten years ago, Owner Khan started as a dishwasher with nothing but determination and a dream. Step by step, he worked his way up — from prep cook to line cook to chef — learning every part of the restaurant business along the way. Those years taught resilience, discipline, and the true meaning of serving people with care.
Khan credits his wife, Phyo, as his strength and support through every long night and every risk taken, and says that her belief in him made this dream possible. Becoming a vendor at Politan Row is more than starting a business — it is the result of 10 years of hard work, faith, and partnership.
